Coffee

Growing your own coffee is a luxury.  Coffee, also known as coffea arabica, is perfect as a houseplant, ornamental or hedge, the coffee tree makes a wonderful bright green hedge that can easily be trimmed to your desired height. It develops many white flowers, which are showy but short-lived. After that, green berries will ripen and turn red in autumn. To get the coffee beans, you will have to wait 2 or 3 years after sowing them. The caffeine-containing leaves can be used as a substitute for tea.
