Gum grandis, also known as pinky eucalyptus, is a tree with soft bark, rough at the fibrous or scaly base, of a gray-brown color. Its leaves are dark green and paler at the bottom. Its white flowers grow from mid-autumn to late winter.
They grow straight, with a diameter of 1.2 to 2 meters. At maturity, it reaches from 50 to 80 meters in height, they live naturally near the Australian coasts and mountains, being the dominant tree in humid forests and on the margins of tropical forests.
