The Nursery serves locals and visitors with the best sustainable and environmentally-friendly solutions alongside clumping, screening bamboo, palms, tropical plants and trees, all within the magical atmosphere of Australia’s bamboo plantation near the beach.

MEET THE TEAM

Bamboo Park is a large bamboo plantation, free-range Farm Shop and Tropical Nursery. Since 2020 it has been run by Edward Wright and Julia Aragon. Bamboo Park’s Nursery started as a hobby by Edward, as he loves plants and he was fascinated by bamboo and its diverse uses. He started selling some clumping bamboos, natives and fruit trees at the farm garage. Bamboo Park have grown organically and now there is a Farm Shop, various greenhouses and the famous bamboo hut. 

Come to an inspirational venue to visit. Purchase clumping bamboo, tropical plants, pasture raised eggs & pork or taste the delicious raw honey. Enjoy the nature & feed our happy free range pigs and chickens.

We have bought lots of Bamboo and Tiger grass from these wonderfully enthusiastic young entrepreneurs! Quality, healthy plants at awesome prices! The new shop and plant nursery is a great addition! I also got to feed the pigs and piglets which was a wonderful treat! Located just 5 minutes to Coolum or 10 minutes to Yandina. Highly recommend

A great place to go for bamboo, however there is also an excellent range of other plants and free range produce that is also farmed on the property. Ed was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth stopping in for a look.

We had such a lovely experience on the weekend at the Bamboo Park and Farm shop.We were able to pick a beautiful basket of fresh posies, hand feed the chickens and visit the pigs. Such a relaxing atmosphere with a lovely farm shop to stop and enjoy an ice cream and walk around the nursery. Very child friendly and worth a visit. Thanks for having us. We will be back 🌸

We went to the Bamboo Park for the first time and loved it! I had my 78 year old father and my 6 year old daughter with me and we all enjoyed our visit. It was lovely strolling through the tropical plants and seeing all the animals along the way. I bought some Bamboo and a dwarf coconut tree that are all thriving now. The staff were very helpful especially in choosing which bamboo would suit our garden. We would all highly recommend a visit to this beautiful family run business.

I have been fortunate to discover the Red Soil Organics products at Bamboo Park Nursery, and have been buying the biodynamic compost here for several years. Ed and Julia are lovely and always happy to help. The nursery has a good selection of tropical plants, bamboo and also medicinal plants.

Ed is really helpful, and a great supplier of Bamboo. We had about 20 Bambusa Textilis Gracilis plants delivered, and they were high quality and affordable. They are a great screening plant, attractive lush green leaves, and grow very quickly!

Bamboo Park is definitely a MUST-GO place in Sunshine Coast. Family friendly, eco conscious, very welcoming and you will find the best farm life experience you can. The people there are so lovely.
